So when can we expect the package to appear in rawhide repo again?

Normally, It should be in the next compose after it was unblocked. However, that is only the case if there's a rawhide build.

In this case the old f38 build was untagged when it was blocked.

I see there's a new build today, and that should go out in tomorrow's rawhide.
