This package has been retired as of recent, and I would like to take over ownership of it as my first contribution to the Fedora project (I would also require "sponsorship" for the same)

Ah, seems like sshgit has been discontinued by the upstream developers https://github.com/eth0izzle/shhgit, didn't notice this before. Apologies for the false flag, will look for some other packages needing maintenance and create an issue.
