I need to unretire rpms/rust-libdeflater as part of the dependency tree for a new python-cramjam package. I prepared an updated rust-libdeflater, and it passed re-review in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2256975.

• When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

No hard deadline; let’s say 2024/01/31, but hopefully it won’t take that long.

• When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Always useful, as this indirectly blocks a python-fastavro update.

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

The python-fastavro package cannot be updated because the new dependency python-cramjam cannot be packaged.
