Are you requesting things for 39? Because, as per the mentioned ticket, it was mentioned that unretirement is needed for rawhide only.

Sorry, I thought it's not necessary to request unretirement on missing branches and request-branch would unblock these. Will remember the correct procedure for the next time.

Please, unblock f39 and f40 for this package.
