Describe the issue

rpms/rust-eif_build did not get correctly created (it's missing main->rawhide symref and it's owned by releng-bot instead of me). This needs to be fixed so I can set it up properly and create branches for Fedora stable releases.

When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

ASAP.

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

When eif_build is no longer needed, I guess? I don't foresee that happening anytime soon.

If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

I cannot ship eif_build, which is going to be a future dependency to kiwi for creating AWS Nitro Enclave images.
