The fedora-iot bootc images will be created in the IoT compose process in the same way the fedora-bootc are composed and will include the same packages found in Fedora IoT Edition.

You are talking about just pusing a fedora-iot bootc image to the fedora-bootc repository? if so, nothing needs created, it should create the tag for that when it's pushed?
Or did this need to be some new repository? if so, named what?
also to add on quay: https://quay.io/repository/fedora/fedora-iot here, I have added fedora_publisher robot account, can you please let me know what all user permissions needed to be added to the repository?
