tomcat-10.1.34-4.fc42 was tagged in as part of the mass rebuild, but we cannot have tomcat 10 in Rawhide, it breaks FreeIPA. The tomcat-10.1.34-3.fc42 update is gated on this, but as the mass rebuild doesn't go through gating, it went in. Last cycle we talked about checking what updates are blocked in gating before merging the mass rebuild, but obviously we forgot...
