• Describe the issue
  I have 3 stalled EPEL package requests maintained by Fabian. I tried to contact him via Matrix, without answer, tried to ping him on one pull request (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-readme-renderer/pull-request/5) and also tried to add the appropriate "need info" flags in the following bugzillas:

• python-readme-renderer: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2345506

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
  Can't build some EPEL 10 package because of missing dependencies (python-twine).

Please add me as collaborator on the EPEL branches on these 3 packages.
