Please tag for f12 together with gnome-settings-daemon-2.28.1-3.fc12. It redefines 'best shapes' to be the default combination of hinting and antialiasing. Without that, the choices would come up as inconsistent by default, which is pretty confusing.
Installed, things still worked. +1 and tagging.
