These builds include touchups for the new tooltips by our design team. The most sharp tooltips ever. I've also fixed them to work better with the metacity compositor, which seems to be a surprisingly popular choice of wm.
There is one newer build of gtk2, gtk2-2.18.3-15.fc12, which additionally contains a workaround for a bug in the X builtin compositor. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=531443
