I got the announcement for fedora-release-notes-13.2-1.fc13 on 5/24, and I still don't see it.
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/fedora-release-notes-13.2-1.fc13
indeed claims to have been pushed to stable updates, but it seems to still be tagged only for updates-testing.
$ koji latest-pkg dist-f13-updates fedora-release-notes --quiet fedora-release-notes-13.1-1.fc13 dist-f13-updates jjmcd
$ koji latest-pkg dist-f13-updates-testing fedora-release-notes --quiet fedora-release-notes-13.2-1.fc13 dist-f13-updates-testing jjmcd
So easiest fix to just manually fix the tagging, and await the next push?
I think that's what's been done in the past.
I fixed the tags, it'll show up in the next push.
Sha-ZAM! It's there! Rel-eng==Teh ROX0R5!!!11!

If that were true, it wouldn't have been missing in the first place.
