For the update https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-ec0f12cd1d
bodhi told me that on 03 Jul 2017 that the update can be pushed to stable after being in testing for three days. According to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Updates_Policy it should have been 7 days and should be 14 days for the new release on Tuesday.
I wonder if this issue is still happening now... looking at configs it has not been updated in a while... but I cannot find examples of updates pushing after 3 days because we are in freeze.

The configs have been updated to reflect the right days to be in testing.
