Since Dec 12, the compose is failing due to f25 not being a valid build target in Koji. The cron job for this compose should probably be stopped to not waste resources.

@lsedlar it seems @mohanboddu already disabled it in this commit.
Verified that it is deployed on the compose-x86-01.phx2.fedoraproject.org machine.
