Hello release engineering folks,
The Rust SIG never updates any crates in released Fedora's. Is it possible to opt-out from branching so that users won't get outdated crates?
I can provide list of packages, but roughly that would be whatever matches rust-* with a few exceptions.
rust-*
Also they break at some point because we do update compiler. https://apps.fedoraproject.org/koschei/groups/rust-sig
@ignatenkobrain You can do this on your own, please add "noautobuild" file to the dist-git repo and the package will be skipped during mass rebuild.

Or you can give us a list and we will add it to skip list, remember, this is something you cant update yourself and if this a long list, I would like the above option.

@mohanboddu @ignatenkobrain requested to skip branching and not mass rebuilds.
@mohanboddu reports this is fixed in F30 mass branching.
