  The non-responsive maintainer guide [1] is a bit confusing in the last step, but according to the guide, I would like take over the package in the name. The relevant (I think approved) FESCO ticket is here [2]

  asap

• When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
  after all the java packages will be retired.

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
  I can not update JOSM.
