#9227 Unretire rpms/qpid-cpp and rpms/python-qpid.
Closed: Get back later by mohanboddu. Opened by irina.

I do not know why they were was retired.

I need this now.

It is a dependency for rubygem-qpid_messaging.

Looks like python-qpid has dependency on epydoc. I can remove it.
qpid-cpp has runtime dependency on python-qpid, nothing else is wrong.

qpid-cpp and python-qpid were retired because they were orphaned for 6+ weeks. They have been retired 4 months ago and will need a new package review.

This was announced 6 weeks in a row, you were bcc'ed:

The packages were orphaned due to:

Thanks, I will discuss this with the messaging team.

@irina Since they are retired for more than 8 week, you need a rereview.

Closing this ticket for now, please open the ticket again once the review is approved with the link to the review.

Thanks.
