#9261 side tag creation for f33 fails with 'Could not execute request_side_tag: policy violation (sidetag)'

Reopen Issue

When requesting a side tag for f33, I get:

$ fedpkg request-side-tag --base-tag f33-build
Could not execute request_side_tag: policy violation (sidetag)

Was a config issue. I've fixed it now. Can you try again?
