#9594 Add 'current' symlink for Fedora Media Writer packages

  • Describe the issue: When publishing new Fedora Media Writer packages, update a symlink to point to the latest version (e.g FedoraMediaWriter-win32-latest.exe -> FedoraMediaWriter-win32-4.1.4.exe) (and update the SOP to reflect this)

  • When do you need this? 2020/08/01 as an arbitrary date

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? heat death of the universe

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? websites will have to update URLs for each release

I put the links in place, we will still need to update SOP... also we will want to confirm that links work ok there.
