patrickt is a RHEL kernel maintainer who will to serve as backup for me should I PTO/get sick/get hit by a bus, and be handling ELN specific issues. As such, they will need to be able to build secure boot signed kernels.

Not a huge rush, but soon would be nice.

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
No end date.

If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
The backup Fedora kernel maintainer will not be able to build kernels which can be shipped to users.
