Please unretire (or prevent the retirement of) pybind11 on epel8 branch:

It was retired by misunderstanding. The package is being added to RHEL 8, but in a non-default stream, see https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/epel-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/UB7MQ5CM26GVVK4MNJHPANF3T5QIOGRQ/

Keep @jussilehtola as the maintainer.
