    This package has been orphaned for ~9 months, please see the attached rhbz with the review.

I'll be looking to have it built for f32/f33/f34+, so unblocking the f32 branch would be good, but there isn't a f33 branch in existence at the moment.

lz4-java has a dependency on mvel, which I'm also looking at maintaining, the releng bug for mvel is: https://pagure.io/releng/issue/9966
