Downstream package tools, e.g. fedpkg, inherits most or all commands from rpkg and add their own specific commands. But, in the meantime, they also maintain their own bash completion of all commands. So, making bash completion script in rpkg be reusable would make downstream package tools to extend easily. The script should allow to

• add new command and corresponding completion function
• disable a command provided by rpkg

I don't know too much knowledge of bash shell and bash completion programming. Therefore, I'd like to hear your thoughts, is this doable and make sense?
