#580 `*pkg --path build --srpm --scratch` fails becasue it searches the SRPM in $PWD

Reopen Issue

Run the following commands:

$ fedpkg clone -a redhat-rpm-config
$ fedpkg --path redhat-rpm-config build --srpm --scratch

Expected result:

The SRPM should be created in redhat-rpm-config and uploded to Koji.

Actual result:

Wrote: redhat-rpm-config/redhat-rpm-config-199-1.fc36.src.rpm
Could not execute build: No such file: redhat-rpm-config-199-1.fc36.src.rpm

The SRPM is correctly created in the redhat-rpm-config folder, but fedpkg fails to locate it when uploading it to Koji.

Commit aed1d590 fixes this issue
