#16 [patch] Add --evr, --nevr, --name and --url commands to spectool

This patch adds --evr, --nevr, --name and --url commands extracting useful information from a spec file.

-r, --evr display the package version
-a, --nevr display the package name-version
-N, --name display the package name
-u, --url, --URL display the package home page URL

I'd rather not add them, because all that information is already available with e.g. {{{rpm -q --qf="%{URL}\n" --specfile foo.spec}}} etc and the functionality seems out of spectool's scope.
