#20 [almalinux] use $releasever in the path to gpgkey

Download 20.patch

This means that gpgkey will be invalid when querying an old minor
release, but we don't currently really use it for anything and in any
case GPG check can be disabled anyway

ugh. $releasever is in the title but I did not quote so it got expanded to nothing
