Protocol 135 is labeled "mobility-header" under FreeBSD and NetBSD in /etc/protocols. Please label this the same in Fedora. (This will allow it to be specified by name with iproute2 xfrm commands which provide Mobile IPv6 features.) Thanks.
Thanks for opening the ticket. I do plan to update "procotols" file based on latest IANA in this week's update and the mobility-header is already assigned there (http://www.iana.org/assignments/protocol-numbers/protocol-numbers.txt). So it will be inherited into Fedora.
