Hello guys — I’m Meow P from MontageSubs.

MontageSubs is a non-profit, non-commercial subtitle group founded in August 2025. We translate select indie films and series into Chinese under fair‑use principles to build cultural bridges and promote cross‑cultural exchange.

Our primary communications are on Telegram, but many of our members are in mainland China and cannot access Telegram due to the firewall. We created an IRC channel to include those members and now need a bridge bot to connect the two platforms. Our team is entirely volunteer‑run and has no operational funding, so we cannot afford hosting.

I found your free hosting service online and would be extremely grateful if you could host and operate a TeleIRC bridge bot for our project.
