for example

[sharkcz@rock-kvmlp-fedora s390utils]$ testcloud create fedora:40
ERROR:Couldn't download the desired image (https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora-secondary/releases/40/Cloud/s390x/images/Fedora-Cloud-Base-UEFI-UKI.s390x-40-1.14.qcow2)...

The UEFI-UKI image is specific for x86_64 and aarch64.

Interestingly testcloud create fedora:40 downloads the Generic variant on aarch64.
