Updated .spec file
    
    texlive-utils was substantially rearranged for F18.  Unfortunately,
    the dependencies for doxygen were apparently not corrected, in spite
    of an update which claimed they did.  As a result, the BuildRequires
    are different for F18 than for F17 and earlier.
