This pull request adds support for Cinnamon DE. It has already been tested and successfully boots. The only changes that need to be made are the removal of non critical default applications. This will not only allow more flexibility by installing via flatpak but also keeps the base image small for easier maintenance.

To generate the list of packages for the spin, you should edit the comps exclude list and the corresponding script to add an entry for Cinnamon.

Once you've done that, any new run of the script should yield no change to the generated list.

This looks better. A few more comments:
- You probably want to keep Firefox installed by default in the image to always have at least one browser available for users that remove all Flatpaks by mistake. Similarly, I keep a file manager and an archive manager even though they can be installed as Flatpak for the same reason.
- Sorry for not realizing this sooner but you should push that first to Rawhide and then we will
have that come to a stable branch.
