#329 [f37] common: Remove bootupd

Download 329.patch

Adding bootupd support requires unified core builds and this will only
be enabled starting with F38 (for now at least) so remove bootupd from
F37 to avoid misleading users.

Combined and tweaked from:

  • Revert "common: Move bootupd to arch specific package list"
    This reverts commit c168ce92e4458f3862f29a8facc05b3f33d5cf94.
  • Revert "common: add bootupd"
    This reverts commit b9dd563bf6289c1d5727d3a692ea031bd801a0b3.
