Download 584.patch

Make sure that we do not pull Tk in the image by default. We can not
exclude Tcl as well as it is currently needed by usb_modeswitch.

We'll have to make sure we are not missing important recommended packages with this change.

This is a NOP for Silverblue, Sway & Budgie and this only drops catdoc from Kinoite which will be fixed with https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/catdoc/pull-request/1.
