If anyone knows any reason why cosmic-atomic shouldn't have the same yaml structure, let me know. I just noticed it wasn't the same as the others and that would probably cause a problem with my ansible PR.

We might also want to remove GNOME Software from the image, otherwise it will rebase to Silverblue on the next major update: https://pagure.io/fedora-budgie/project/issue/5

The repos should be removed from the common manifest.
