Hello,
we have a configuration file for rpmlint stored in dist git:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python3/blob/master/f/python3.rpmlintrc

This config file is used in taskotron and fedpkg lint:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Taskotron/Tasks/dist.rpmlint#Whitelisting_errors

Could the rpm-lint job please use it as well? Thanks

Hi,

Yes sure, the job should use the local rpmlintrc. We'll propose a fix soon.

This PR https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-gear/pull-request/17 has been validated with https://pagure.io/zuul-distro-jobs/pull-request/32 as dependency. PR 32 improves the rpm-lint role to handle the rpmlintrc file.
