#155 Update git origin, but do not set tracking branch

First issue without these commands running:

Could not execute build: Branch rawhide does not track remote branch.
Use the following command to fix that:
    git branch -u origin/REMOTE_BRANCH_NAME

Second issue when we enable these on scratch builds:

Could not execute build: There are unpushed changes in your repo

But when you do it locally via fedpkg commands it works, e.g.:

$ git clone https://src.fedoraproject.org/forks/music/rpms/python-Rtree.git
$ cd python-Rtree
$ git checkout v1.4.1
$ fedpkg --release rawhide build --scratch --background --skip-nvr-check --target rawhide

Hopefully only setting the remote to a https://src.fedoraproject.org is sufficient

Build succeeded.
