Media needed for this event

also john if you want the event box shipped to the hotel we need address and day needed

I have about 125 pieces of media left. Do you have anything leftover from the software freedom day, or did you bring that with you when you came to puppetconf?

Jon/jds2001: Also: I don't know how we planned to pay the sponsorship - if you wanted to pay it, or have a cardholder pay it via paypal. Same for your travel ticket, and your hotel will have to be reimbursed.

John/inode0:: Since a lot of us will be in Paris for FUDcon this week - if Jon wants to get his train ticket prepaid, can you help him with that?

And re: the sponsorship - I know sometimes they want us to sign a whole contract and whatnot, but this looks fairly low-key and I suspect they won't - I am happy to sign if nobody is comfortable otherwise. If they don't, (or if you guys just want to sign it)... inode0, can you help pay for that as well? I leave this coming Tuesday morning, I don't want to be the single point of fail, I do that enough :)

Okay. Media is in the actual mail, should be there well before your deadline, i can provide tracking # if needed.
