The project has moved to atomic-desktops/ostree-lorax-templates on Fedora Forge, where it is also archived for historical reference.
Starting with Fedora 45, Atomic Desktop ISOs are built with image-builder, so these lorax templates are no longer used to rebuild installer images after a release.
Lorax has the ability to use templates to extend its functionality to configure the artifacts it builds. This project was for additional templates needed to make Fedora artifacts that are not shipped in lorax itself.
All of the content in Fedora Lorax templates is released under the same MIT terms as the whole of Fedora. License terms can be found here.
