Fedora TCMS Migration

This is some code set up to extract test cases from the Fedora wiki, convert
them to markdown and upload data to a KiwiTCMS instance.

The code is not complete, there are still some parts of the testcase translation
which don't work - mostly templates and some other mediawiki stuff but it's
enough to get started and use with a demo.
